What is included?

  • We’ll look at each of the four pillars of good metabolic health. Diet, movement, stress and sleep.

  • We combine health education with health coaching tools to help you set and reach your goals.

  • Each day you’ll watch a video from your coaches, Mary-Anne and Nia. We’ll focus on different topics each time, from information on each pillar to how to make sustainable change.

  • We include downloadable PDF resources where needed to help you with evaluating your starting point, setting goals, and suggestions you may wish to include.

  • We won’t set you a plan to follow - everyone will take something different from the course, and it will be down to you to make the changes that fit your lifestyle.

  • We know that small changes are key to long-lasting change. Health is a marathon, not a sprint. There is always something you can do to improve your health!

  • Mary-Anne and Nia both have backgrounds as health professionals, but retrained as Health Coaches in 2021. We are passionate about health and helping others to improve their health.
